PB tube is an inert polymer with high temperature resistance, durability, chemical stability, plasticity, tasteless, odorless, non-toxic, non-scaling, long life and other characteristics, but the oxygen permeation of PB tube The rate is relatively high, and oxygen barrier is required. Currently on the market are oxygen barrier PB tubes.

The length and diameter of the heating pipe should be selected according to the actual situation. Generally, the thinner the pipe diameter, the longer the pipe, the greater the resistance, and the lower the flow rate.

Heating pipe installation:

1. The heating pipe installation adopts a single pipe series connection, which is to connect the pipes, radiators and boilers in series. If there is a failure in this kind of place, the entire system cannot work, requiring thicker heating pipes.

2. The heating pipeline is installed in parallel with double pipes, each radiator can be controlled separately, the water flow balance is higher than the previous one, and the pipeline stroke is required to be short.

3. The heating pipes are installed in parallel in the same way. The water flow of each group of radiators is basically the same, and the water flow of the whole system is well balanced, which saves heating costs and facilitates maintenance.

4. The octopus type connection is one pipe to the end, no joints underground. The inlet and outlet of the boiler are respectively connected to each group of parallel radiators through a water divider and a water collector, and the hydraulic balance between each parallel pipeline is adjusted by a valve on the water divider. No joints and no water leakage, no joints underground, there will be no hidden danger of water leakage. The heat is balanced, and each group of radiators is heated evenly, and no one group is hot and another group is not hot. Mainly suitable for independent heating, heating in the south is more used.
