Steps to move the air conditioner

1. Preliminary preparation: The mover will come to disassemble the machine and bring a complete set of tools and safety equipment.

2. Recycling refrigerant: first start the refrigeration, and close the small valve after fluorine is collected after the external machine is running, and close the large valve after the frost has melted, and then shut down immediately.

Pull off the power supply, tighten the safety cap, so that the refrigerant in the air conditioner moves to the outdoor unit.

3. Dismantling the indoor unit: When disassembling the indoor unit, prevent condensate from flowing into the circuit board;

4. Disassembling the outdoor unit: When disassembling the outdoor unit, it should be unloaded and balanced at the same time to avoid vibration and shaking, and then wrap it with plastic for transportation.

5. Installation: Pay attention to the installation position and convection when reinstalling the air conditioner. Then, use detergent to check for leaks, observe whether there are bubbles coming out of each joint, and after verifying that the system is indeed leak-free, tighten the valve safety cap.

6. Inspection: Then remove the air in the pipe and the internal machine, start the test run and move the machine.
